The Head of Delegation is the person in charge of a local program and is responsible for the following:
- Maintenance of accurate medical forms
- Athlete training
- Annually updating local program information
- Competition registration
- Ensuring volunteer forms are completed and turned into the state office
- Disseminating pertinent information to athletes, parents, coaches, etc.
